Checkmate: Human Judgment, AI Execution

Five years ago I studied AI’s impact on business at MIT. I also studied IoT, because I knew robots were coming.

What I didn’t expect was how fast the hybrid would arrive — human judgment plus AI execution, with no middle layer.

I wrote Checkmate: AI vs The Labor Market to show that AI turns people into superhumans. Today I run a company that would have needed sixty-five employees in 1994. Same knowledge. Same judgment. A laptop and a subscription.

The world’s changing faster than the headlines can track. I’m just trying to keep up.
