Privacy Policy

Effective date: 27 August 2026

Intelligence Technology Laboratories, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the brand Agentic AI Adoption Now and the website https://www.agentic-ai-adoption-now.com. We are based in Portland, Oregon, USA.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. It applies to our website, our AI digital worker subscriptions, our self-serve AI sales platform, the Sheila 2.1 AI Workspace, our one-time consulting services, our free downloadable resources, and our Ambassador and Independent Representative programs.

If you have a question about anything here, email david@intelligence-technology-labs.com or call (844) 336-0742.

1. Quick summary

  • We collect the information you give us and basic technical information about your visit.
  • We use it to answer you, deliver what you bought, run our business, and keep our services secure.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
  • When our AI agents process data on behalf of a customer, the customer is the controller and we act as the processor.
  • You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time.

2. Who is responsible for your information

For our own website, marketing, sales, and billing, Intelligence Technology Laboratories, LLC is the controller (or "business", under California law).

For data that our AI digital workers, sales platform, or Sheila 2.1 AI Workspace process on behalf of a paying customer — for example that customer's leads, contacts, CRM records, or message content — the customer is the controller and we act as a processor (a "service provider" under California law) following the customer's instructions. Section 9 covers this in detail.

  4. Account information. If you create an account on our self-serve AI sales platform or in Sheila 2.1 AI Workspace, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), plan tier, and account settings.
  5. Billing information. Your billing name, billing address, plan, invoice history, and the last four digits and expiry of your card. We do not receive or store your full card number. Full payment details go directly to Stripe or PayPal.
  6. Booking information. If you book a call, we collect the details you enter into our scheduling form, including the time slot, your time zone, and any notes you add.
  7. Programme applications. If you apply to the Ambassador referral programme or the Independent Representative programme, we collect your application details, referral activity, payout details, and any tax information required by law.

  3. Analytics data. Aggregated statistics about which pages are visited, how long visits last, and which links are clicked.
  4. Product usage data. For account holders, records of features used, agents run, message volumes, error logs, and login times.

5. Marketing

If you give us your email address for a download, a quiz, an enquiry, or a purchase, we may send you related emails about our services. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service emails such as invoices, security notices, or messages about your account.

6. Third-party processors we use

We use a small number of established vendors to run the business. Each one processes your information only to provide its service to us, under a contract.

Stripe and PayPal act as independent controllers for their own fraud prevention and regulatory purposes and have their own privacy policies, which apply to their handling of your payment data.

We may also share information with our accountants and legal advisers, and with authorities where the law requires it. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the buyer, who must continue to protect it under this policy.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies. Some are strictly necessary — they keep the site running, remember items in a cart, and protect against fraud. Others measure traffic and help us improve pages.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can delete them at any time. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working, including checkout.

We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out request from California residents.

8. How long we keep information

Information Retention
Contact form and enquiry data 24 months from last contact
Email marketing list data Until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record only
Quiz and assessment responses 24 months

Billing and tax records 7 years, as required by US tax law
Service delivery content (consulting) 3 years after the engagement ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner
Customer data processed by our AI agents Per the customer's instructions; deleted within 30 days of the customer's request or account closure
Server and security logs 12 months

When a retention period ends we delete the information or irreversibly anonymise it.

9. Data our AI agents process for customers

When you buy an AI digital worker, a platform subscription, or Sheila 2.1 AI Workspace, you may load your own data into the service — your contacts, leads, message history, documents, and similar records. Some of that data will be personal information about other people.

For that data:

  1. You are the controller. We are the processor. We process it only to provide the service and only on your documented instructions.
  2. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that data, for providing your own privacy notice to the people concerned, and for obtaining any consent required.
  3. We keep it confidential and require the same of anyone who works on our behalf.
  4. We apply appropriate security measures as described in Section 10.
  5. We help you meet your obligations — including responding to requests from individuals, and notifying you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your data.
  6. We do not use your customer data to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.
  7. We return or delete it at the end of the engagement, at your choice.
  8. Sub-processors. We use the vendors listed in Section 6 as sub-processors. We remain responsible for their performance.

If you need a separate written data processing agreement, email david@intelligence-technology-labs.com and we will provide one.

10. Security

We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect personal information, including:

  • encryption of data in transit using TLS;
  • encryption of data at rest with our cloud hosting providers;
  • password hashing and access controls;
  • role-based access, so staff and contractors see only what they need;
  • vendor review before we adopt a new processor;
  • logging and monitoring of access to production systems.

No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own risk. If a breach affects your personal information and the law requires notice, we will tell you and the relevant regulator within the time limits that apply.

11. We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the past 12 months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.

12. Your rights if you live in California (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to:

  1. Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and the categories of sources and recipients.
  2. Access a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
  3. Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as tax records.
  4. Correct inaccurate personal information.
  5. Opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still submit a request.
  6. Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this right.
  7. Non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service for exercising your rights.

Categories collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); customer records (billing name and address); commercial information (purchases and plan history); internet activity (page views, usage data); geolocation inferred from IP at city level; professional information (company, job title); and audio or text records where you contact us. We collect these from you directly, from your device, and from our processors. We disclose them for business purposes to the vendors in Section 6.

How to make a request: email david@intelligence-technology-labs.com with the subject "California Privacy Request", or call (844) 336-0742. We will verify your identity by matching the details you give us against our records, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time we will tell you and may take up to 90 days in total. You may use an authorised agent; we will ask for written proof of their authority.

13. Your rights if you are in the UK or EU (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area you have the right to:

  1. Access the personal data we hold about you.
  2. Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  3. Erasure ("right to be forgotten") where we no longer have grounds to keep it.
  4. Restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
  5. Data portability — a copy of data you gave us, in a machine-readable format.
  6. Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  7. Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent.
  8. Not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not make such decisions about you.
  9. Complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). In the EEA it is the authority in your country of residence.

Email david@intelligence-technology-labs.com to exercise any of these rights. We respond within one month and will tell you if we need to extend that period.

14. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our vendors are primarily in the United States. If you are in the UK or EEA, your personal data will be transferred to and stored in the United States.

Where we transfer personal data out of the UK or EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable, and we carry out a transfer risk assessment. Some of our vendors are also certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards we use by emailing david@intelligence-technology-labs.com.

15. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. No one under 16 may use our services or give us personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has given us information, email david@intelligence-technology-labs.com and we will delete it promptly.

16. How to request deletion

Email david@intelligence-technology-labs.com with the subject line "Delete my data", or call (844) 336-0742.

Tell us:

  1. Your name and the email address you used with us.
  2. Which data you want deleted — everything, or a specific item such as a mailing list entry or an account.

We will confirm receipt within 10 business days, verify your identity, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will tell you if we must keep anything, and why — for example, invoices we are required to retain for tax purposes, or records needed to defend a legal claim. Where we must keep data, we restrict it so it is not used for any other purpose.

If you have an account, you can also delete most of your content directly from your account settings.

17. Links to other sites

Our website links to other websites, including our payment providers and scheduling tool. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them your information.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do:

  • we update the effective date at the top;
  • we post the new version at https://www.agentic-ai-adoption-now.com;
  • if the change is material — for example, a new purpose for using your data — we email account holders and subscribers at least 30 days before it takes effect.

Continuing to use our services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
