Independent Representatives

Bring AI to businesses. Build lasting relationships.

Help businesses choose the right Agentic AI Solutions and Tools. This path is for sales professionals who want to present products, guide buyers, and help close approved deals.

Choose the role that fits you

Ambassadors share a referral link and introduce businesses to our products. Approved referrals earn the rates shown on our Ambassadors page.

Independent Representatives take a more active sales role under a separate written agreement. Negotiating terms or signing customer agreements requires the Company’s written approval.

What you can do

• Present our Solutions and Tools using approved materials.

• Learn what each business needs and qualify opportunities.

• Guide buyers through the sales process.

• Discuss terms and help close deals within written approval limits.

Agree on your commission first

Your rates, eligible products, and special terms must be agreed in writing in Section 5 before you sign. The sample schedule is blank. Ambassador rates do not automatically set representative rates.

Commissions depend on customer payments received. Refunds, chargebacks, and payment timing follow the agreement. Recurring commissions apply as agreed while customers stay active and paid.

Work independently

This is a non-exclusive contractor role. You manage your work and cover your own business costs and taxes. Protect Company and customer information and use approved materials.

Your next steps

1. Read the full five-page agreement.

2. Contact us to discuss fit, products, and the commission schedule.

3. Agree on written terms before signing.

4. Begin after Company approval and written authorization.
